Level I Reiki Class where you will learn what Reiki is, how to use it on yourself and in your daily life, and how to give a hands on Reiki session. You will also learn the first Reiki symbol and receive an attunement to connect you to the Reiki energy.

A deeper session to clear away energetic blocks and create a feeling of ease within your body and mind.

A Reiki session to take you from a place of stress and anxiety and fear to a feeling of peace and calm.
