Body Speech Mind Therapy
In my practice, I focus on counselling with children, families and young adults. I am trained in Play Therapy, and use different modalities, such as client-centered play therapy and parent-child interaction therapy. I also have a holistic, somatic approach to counselling, using mindfulness and other approaches to get in touch with deeper feelings. I have practiced mindfulness for more than 30 years, and have focus on connection with children and their parents. Most of my work is focused on children and families now but I also see adults for counselling, especially with a trauma background, and people of all ages who stutter.
