I provide Wellness Coaching for those living with a physical or mental illness or disability. I also provide Life Coaching to individuals and groups specializing in life transitions, change in career/work/school, immigration and settlement to Canada, and grief and bereavement. I am a certified Life Coach and Certified Wellness Coach as well as a qualified Mental Health Peer Support Worker. I am a certified Brief Action Planning practitioner and Motivational interviewer.
