Personal Empowerment Coaching
Personal Empowerment Coaching are held in person and online. These will be individual classes where we meet 2x a month for 90 minutes and have unlimited guidance through out our time together. This will be a 12 week coaching package for 800.00 a COVID deal (regular rate is 1200.00). Empowerment Coaching teaches clients where they are emotionally which will help them to gauge them towards their goals. It will help you accept who you are and why you are stuck. It will give you strategies than will help reach your final goals.
I am Trish Scoular, a Registered Professional Counselor who specializes in Anxiety & Depression, since 2014. I develop a treatment plan that includes appropriate interventions and techniques that specifically address depression and for each of the anxiety disorders. It’s important to understand the root of anxiety and depression so we can treat it accordingly with proper medical necessity and appropriate treatment. My goal when working with clients is to help them find a clear path to reducing symptoms and function better on a day-to-day basis. We work together to address the many conditions that coexist with anxiety and depression, while developing a plan of action that meets the goals we establish together. My other training is in abuse, domestic violence, youth, family, community based counselling, addictions & recovery and couples (I am currently learning the Gottman method). I also work with clients who need transitional Life Coaching, which is focussed on helping you achieve your goals and dreams.

Our Resilient Living Virtual Program is group psychotherapy for people with moderate or moderate-severe anxiety and/or depression. Our clients can work on developing insights and resiliency skills from the convenience of their home. This group meets twice a week for 3 hours for 8 weeks. Each week includes an hour of nutrition, fitness or medication education. Clients complete the Virtual Treatment Program with the same cohort of 6-10 people to ensure the most therapeutic environment. Price includes weekly support groups for 6 months. Intake interview is separate fee.
Virtual Group Psychotherapy - Addiction

Our Resilient Living Recovery Program is virtual group therapy for people with mild or moderate substance use challenges. This allows our clients to live at home and experience the challenges of daily life while implementing skills, tools and support from the Boreal Wellness Centres clinical team. This group meets via secure video conference for 2 hours per week for 10 weeks. Participants also receive 5 x 30 minute individual sessions with a counsellor. Clients complete the Recovery Program with the same cohort of 6-10 people to ensure the most therapeutic environment. Support groups are available after the program concludes. Price includes intake interview.
