Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine helps improve your symptoms by finding and addressing what is causing them. In order to find the root cause of your symptoms, initial appointments are approximately one hour in length and include a thorough history intake and any relevant physical exams. While some treatments may be initiated during the first visit, the majority of the treatment will be carried out in subsequent follow-up visits. Treatments are aimed at addressing you as a whole person, the root cause of your symptoms and work to best support your body's natural healing ability. They can include nutritional and lifestyle counseling, homeopathy, traditional chinese medicine, botanical medicine, massage and hydrotherpy. Each treatment plan is individualized to you as a person. It's all about what works best for you to help you be the best, most healthy version of yourself! Please note: Online treatments are currently available to Ontario residents only.

My passion is helping overwhelmed women, especially moms, who are struggling to manage their stress, anxiety and burnout. As a mom of 2 special needs children, I understand your need to rediscover who you are and reconnect with your spouse. I understand your goals for better time management & organization skills. I can help you gain clarity as to why you are crying or angry all the time, especially at your family, maybe even at yourself. Over my 15 years of nursing experience, I have been told that I am patient, compassionate and listen with an open, non-judgemental heart. This is just who I am and will be for you as well. We will work together to get to the root of the problem using a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, stress management techniques, mindfulness & music therapy.
