I am a clinical social worker providing individual psychotherapy sessions for adults 18+. I have a strong desire to support clients through life challenges and I enjoy witnessing the changes they can achieve through a positive counselling experience. I use a client-centered approach to guiding clients in addressing and releasing unwanted emotional or behavioural after-effects of life events such as grief/loss, injuries, illness, relationship concerns and other painful life experiences.
