Once your personal goals have been identified, we can work together on achieving them. This is usually accomplished through once-a-week sessions over a three to four week period. The price for individual coaching reflects a one-hour session. More time can always to allocated to a single session but the price will be adjusted accordingly.
The introductory session is designed to give clients a sense of how I work as a coach without any obligation or commitment. If you enjoy working together, we can move forward with an individual coaching plan that addresses your goals.
