Since 2012, we have focused on services that support and empower wellness, awareness, and resilience. ​Our vision for a trauma informed community and values of trust, choices and empowerment, are essential to the delivery and advocacy of quality, affordable, and inclusive mental health services.

Individual and couples/family counselling

For many people, walking into a therapist’s office can be extremely difficult and anxiety provoking. We recognize this and are dedicated to creating a therapeutic experience that is comfortable, non-judgmental, and focused on what’s most important to you. We promise to respect your comfort level while also encouraging and helping you to step slightly out of it when needed if it will help you overcome your struggles or move towards your goals. Discussing difficult experiences and trying to identify/change thoughts or behaviours is not always easy, but we promise to help you every step of the way.

Psychotherapy

Katherine has been practicing as Registered Counselling Therapist for over seven years and works with teens, couples, individuals and families who struggle with : Trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, work related stressors, domestic violence, anger management, addictions, life transitions, grief as well as; long term illness such as : chronic pain, MS, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, Traumatic Brain injuries, organ transplantation and cancer.
