AM Classes are three times a week for one month.Kickboxing and Conditioning with Kassy:Kickboxing and conditioning is a fusion class involving kickboxing combos to increase cardiovascular fitness and burn calories with body weight/core exercises to strengthen and define muscles. Classes twice a week for 8 weeks.Aerial Yoga with Kassy:Aerial Yoga combines the relaxation and deep stretch of yoga with fun and flight. Enjoy a compression free class where you can hang right side up or upside down. Only 6 spots available.Disclaimer: All participants are required to have eaten within 4 hours and be properly hydrated to reduce dizziness and possible nausea. Consult your physician before attending if you have prior history of heart condition, glaucoma, blood pressure condition or spinal cord injury. Proper attire: Please wear tights/leggings, shirt/long sleeves, and socks. No jewellery, buttons, zippers are to be worn on hammocks. Please arrive 10 mins before class starts. 6 classes. .
