This release promotes relaxation and restores the natural harmony of the body’s energy field. In JSJ’s perspective, there are specific places in the body that relate to particular functions of our existence. When our lifestyle causes a lot of tension and stress, these places in the body get overloaded and blocked. Such blockages can affect mental, physical and spiritual states and it is this accumulated, stagnant tension that is the cause of the illness, disease, suffering, and misery that plagues human beings. The practice of JSJ allows the body to dissolve these tensions and initiate a huge regenerative action. Balancing the body’s energies promotes optimum health, reduces the effects of stress, and improves well-being. Although JSJ is a gentle art, it often delivers surprisingly big and immediate releases. You may receive a hands-on Jin Shin Jyutsu session from Robin and you can also learn how to do self-help exercises at home. The regular, consistence practice of JSJ provides the most profound results and continued practice can help promote changes in lifestyle that will increase the body’s and mind’s ability to handle stress.

About Energy Effects

Robin has a BSc in Nursing, a Masters in Organization Behavior, and over 35 years of experience working successfully in health and human services. She has been studying and practicing energy work and Jin Shin Jyutsu for over 15 years. Over the course of her career, Robin’s skills and responsibilities have included bed-side nursing, staff and patient management, designing staff development and education modules, overseeing change management and resiliency workshops, facilitating teambuilding and leadership initiatives before teaching workshops for meditation, breath work and self-help Jin Shin Jyutsu. It is this unique set of skills, combined with the power of “presence” and an understanding of energy that has supported Robin’s success in helping her clients to restore and support a healthy state of being, to discover and maintain happiness, to pursue longevity, and to live in benevolence. It is Robin’s personal mission to help both individuals and groups reach their highest potential and achieve their greatest state of wellness.
