I have been blessed with the opportunity to study in New York, England, France, California and Toronto. This amazing journey has afforded me the adventure of getting to know myself better, to understand the laws of the universe, to find harmony and peace within and to heal my body from early trauma, a downhill ski injury and the strains of intense ballet training.I believe wholistic healing looks at the whole of you, bringing love, compassion & awareness to your process.I have been practicing in Burlington since 1993 and I look forward to working with you. My door is always open!I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist, RCST® since 1998 www.craniosacraltherapy.org; In addition, I am a founding member of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America (BCTA/NA) and am currently enrolled in a Pre and Perinatal training with www.myrnamartin.net. I am also a Shiatsu Therapist, a Reiki practitioner and Belief Change Coach.I trained as a professional ballet dancer which took a toll on my body.  I was so relieved to find Yoga and learn to love my body instead of pushing and forcing it.  It has brought so much more peace and harmony to my life.  I like to find pleasure in movement, not pain, and honour the fact that our bodies are different each day.   I will always encourage you to listen to your body.I have been teaching Yoga in Burlington since 1992; first discovering Yoga at the age of 16.I am dedicated to use all the tools I’ve learned to help you on your journey!TreatmentsI have been offering treatments in a loving and non-judgmental environment in Burlington since 1993.  The variety of modalities offered are listed below.Sessions are approximately an hour in length.Belief Change CounsellingBiodynamic Craniosacral TherapyShiatsuReikiInitial ConsultationI offer a free half hour consultation along with any first appointment. This gives you time to fill in Personal Health History forms and affords us the opportunity to chat and connect. The more you love your body the more it flourishes.YOGA has been a big part of that journey for me.  I LOVE to move my body.  Yoga opens up the energy channels in my body.  I find it exhilarating.  That is my sign that I am on the right track. Yoga should feel good and that is your body telling you, that YOU are on the right track.Jennifer Song has been teaching Yoga in Burlington since 1992.  She first started exploring Yoga and Meditation at age 16.  She has studied with many, many wonderful teachers along the way.  Her biggest teacher remains to be her own body.Jennifer loves to share her love of Yoga and teach others to listen to and love their bodies..
