We also offer REGISTERED ACUPUNCTURE, CUPPING and MEI ZEN COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE.Other offerings include: AROMATHERAPY, REFLEXOLOGY and ACUPRESSURE.We offer DIRECT BILLING and easy ONLINE BOOKING.OUR MISSION is to facilitate connection between the body and the mind to empower you to HEAL YOURSELF. We aim to increase your mobility and stability, while helping you find openness, ease and balance.Our passion is the therapeutic application of massage, acupuncture, exercise and yoga, empowering people to heal themselves. The heart and soul of a therapeutic practice, that being a practice that heals and never hinders, is mindfulness. Any practice can become therapeutic when we are connected and listening. Letting our bodies, rather than our minds, guide our practice gives room for sustainable changes to come from within.

JESSICA JOY KNOX, Owner, RMT, Yoga and Pilates InstructorJESSICA JOY KNOXJessica is a Registered Massage Therapist. She has been working as a health care practitioner and Yoga Instructor since 2002. Along with Massage Therapy, Jessica has also obtained diplomas in both Jin Shin Do (Body Mind 5 Element Acupressure) and Shiatsu (Japanese Acupressure). Jessica recently became a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. As a therapist, Jessica draws on her background in eastern medicine and philosophy to find the root cause of dysfunction and restore equilibrium, while treating the body as a whole. Jessica’s orthopedic background and knowledge of human anatomy and physiology allows her to utilize a wide array of Massage Therapy techniques such as; Myofascial Release, Applied Tensegrity, Muscle Energy Technique, Trigger Point Release, Manual Lymph Drainage, Joint Mobilization, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise to address physical pain and dysfunction. Jessica has completed two Yoga Teacher Trainings, is a Stott trained Pilates Rehab Therapist and has been joyfully facilitating and leading Yoga classes and workshops since 2002.Jessica’s approach to yoga integrates her background in physical science with her love and study of eastern philosophy and practice. Jessica blends a variety of Yoga practices she has studied over the years with Therapeutic Exercise exercise, Pilates and somatic balancing techniques. Grounded in the belief that Yoga is meditation in motion, both enlivening and stilling the body, heart and mind. Jessica’s classes and sessions are designed to create internal and external integrity through proper alignment and by balancing strength with flexibility. Her orthopedic background shapes the intent of each class, session and treatment through keen observation and a dedication to healing, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jessica blend massage and myofascial release in to all of her classes and workshops.
