4 months minimum commitment. Billed monthly starting on purchase date. Use begins with purchase. After 4 months, membership rolls over to a month-to-month UNTIL notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days to cancel. Allowed 1 free suspension every 6 month; each suspension is a minimum of 14 days; $15 freeze fee per suspension is applied after each free one. Medical suspensions: no charge but requires a note and clearance to come back.
