Intuitive Counselling is a holistic approach to counselling that acknowledges the body, mind and soul of the individual.It is a process of uncovering and identifying the root causes of the client’s physical, emotional or mental disharmony or upset. These disharmonies can range from financial, relationship, job or other life situations.As an intuitive practitioner I provide advice to individuals, business managers, and leaders by utilizing intuitive resources. Intuitive counselling is appropriate for those aged 6+ and is available for individuals, couples and families or groups.Intuition is defined as: “the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning”. You may have used the following words when trying to explain the experience of “intuition”: instinct, insight, sixth sense, premonition, hunch, funny feeling or sneaking suspicion. The Buddhist word for intuition is “satori” which means “sudden enlightenment.”Intuitive counselling is an approach to holistic healing that allows the practitioner to access their own deep meditative state, accessing an altered state of consciousness through the alpha-theta and delta brain waves, making it easier to receive intuitive information about a clients health or life situation.Sessions are a combination of counseling/mentoring, intuitive insight, and direct energy healing. I work with you to transform the cause of a problem into spiritual energy. Healing/counseling can alleviate symptoms, and help you to discover, understand, and implement practical solutions to personal problems. Intuitive counseling sessions considers the whole person, it unfolds and aligns the mind, body and soul. Each session is multifaceted and tailored to each your unique needs, working towards assisting you to create positive outcomes in the various areas of life.Clients do not need to know why they are feeling a certain way, only that they would like to feel differently. Examples of concerns that bring people to therapy: symptoms of anxiety and depression; phobias or fears; relationship issues; grief and loss; dissatisfaction with work, family, or personal relationships; body image and eating issues; spirituality; or any discomfort that they are feeling in life.This is good for anyone seeking guidance or support in their life.
