Virtual training is a convenient and affordable way for you to access coaching on your smartphone or laptop instead of commuting to a facility. I provide live training, program design and communication/check-ins to answer your questions and keep you on track. I'm knowledgeable and experienced in several styles/methods of strength training as well as body weight exercise so whether or not you own equipment, I can lead you through effective workouts. I can also guide you in martial arts and boxing training, if you own a punching bag.
