I create customized programs, tailored specifically to your health concerns and goals. I provide you with a full diet and professional-grade supplementation plan, along with wellness adjustments that will work with your lifestyle, and guide you through your journey to optimal health.

All of our cells, tissues and organs were designed to function on specific nutrients obtained from proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. If we do not get an adequate supply from our diet, these long term deficiencies act as a baseline for chronic degenerative diseases. My mission is to educate individuals on how to heal themselves by nourishing their bodies with the medicinal properties from natural sources.

I am also a Level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner, and use this stress-relieving, non-invasive and relaxing practice to activates the parasympathetic nervous system, nourishing the body’s very networks that control our vitality.
