I work with you and help to guide you on your healing journey. Holistic health looks at the body as a whole and is about preventing dis-ease with nutrition of the body, mind and spirit. Working with the whole person and trying to find a root cause instead of just addressing symptom is the main goal. We will explore non invasive procedures, natural remedies, and non pharmaceutical options that may benefit you. We will also explore nutrient deficiencies that may be contributing to many common ailments.
I am I offer complete lifestyle and nutrient assessments, Reiki, Aromachology and Crystal Sonic Rejuvenation. During a session with me I will often combine some of these treatments in order to support your needs at the time.
