AMAN4U helps clients with nutritional needs by creating cookbooks for clients with diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, arthritis, and more.

We also write cookbooks for those who would like to incorporate more vegetables in their diets and those who are interested in becoming vegans. We educate them on how important it is to eat a balanced meal and good nutrition. We teach our clients on acceptable nutrition practices and behavior that will help them achieve their health goals.

We recommend strategies to improve their overall health, focusing on nutrition, sleep patterns, and exercise. Screen clients by taking their measurements, weight, calculate BMI and recommend the best weight loss plan based on 1200, 1500, and 1700 calories per day diet plan. This diet plan is based on the height, weight, and health of the client. We discuss with the client the importance of meeting their daily requirements and consuming enough protein and macronutrients.

For clients wanting to lose weight, We have a weekly review with the client providing guidance in achieving a healthier lifestyle and weight reduction. Follow up with clients to ensure they are following the program and schedule their next counseling appointment.
