My work with clients is based in the same ideas and history as acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine. The core focus of my practice is to support clients working through difficulties and issues, with the goal of self-sufficiency in self-care and health. As you receive care, you learn tools and practices to use on your own at home or in a difficult moment. In addition to the Qi work of Medical Qigong and Reiki, I use Emotional Freedom Tapping; Qigong (accessible movement and visualizations that soothe and heal); TCM rooted meditations, as well as Taichi. All these tools and modalities can be received over video conference or in person at my Brooklyn New York office.

My in-person office hours are on Saturday and Sunday. Online hours for EFTapping, Qigong & Meditation and Reiki are throughout the week.
