Each session looks different, depending on the goals we set. I specialize in infant nutrition, weight loss, healthy living, and female health.
All my sessions are educational and hands-on and may look like:
- Virtual supermarket tour/ pantry tour so we can have a closer look at what food you have in your pantry/ home and healthier options available in your local grocery store.
- Discussing mindfulness and food triggers: how does your social/ work life affect your food intake and how can we accommodate to both?
- Counselling: goal setting, looking at motivation, behaviour change and food triggers.
