The 3 months of self care is the most valuable package as it takes time to implement changes and create new habits. Initial consult (75 min/fast if local) is followed by a custom 3-4 page wellness plan (45 min) including lifestyle tips, foods to focus on, supplements, handouts and custom PDF meal plans. Three follow up appointments by phone (40 minutes) follow. I'm available by email/text over the 3 month healing period to support and inspire growth, to plant seeds for wellness. FEEL YOUR BEST!
