I am a Toronto, ON-based registered dietitian, nutritionist, public health professional, and social justice advocate. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am passionate about the health and nutrition field and have experience working in different areas such as chronic illness, disease management and prevention, and health promotion. I use a holistic approach to my practice and combine my knowledge of evidenced-based nutrition information, social determinants of health, psychology, and culture to provide optimal nutrition care.
