Dr. Collinge is an expert in hormone, adrenal, thyroid and blood sugar issues, and is well-versed in hormone testing, and prescribing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and woman. She also focuses on autoimmune and digestive issues, and has first hand experience managing celiac disease with nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle. She can tailor a diet specifically to your needs and your particular food intolerances, allergies, and health conditions. Dr. Collinge also provides help with brain health and optimizing brain function with the use of nootropics. She is also well-versed in immune system health and optimizing immune function. Please note that for anyone residing outside of the state of Arizona, Dr. Hayley can provide health advising services only. This means she cannot act as your primary care doctor, send you for labs/other testing, nor prescribe medications to you. Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Hayley holds certifications in Prescriptive Authority, Acupuncture, Intravenous Therapy, and Cosmetic Botox. She was trained in BC at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, and has been working and completing advanced training in bioidentical hormones and clinical endocrinology for over 6 years in Arizona. Recently, she returned to BC and is excited to help clients here achieve optimal health. Housecall services include Acupuncture, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Cupping, Botox, Intravenous Vitamin Therapy (Meyer's cocktails, and high dose Vitamin C), Vitamin and Fat Burner shots, and Far Infrared Sauna Therapy. Her main area of focus is on comprehensive hormone testing, and balancing hormones using Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). To achieve optimal balance, Dr. Hayley also treats thyroid conditions, insulin resistance, adrenal fatigue, prediabetes/diabetes, and inflammation, which all contribute to hormone imbalance. Dr. Hayley also has extensive experience treating autoimmune and digestive conditions. She is well-versed in different diet therapies, and understands what it is like to eat a restricted diet since she has celiac disease herself. She is able to coach clients on what to do to treat leaky gut syndrome, and how to best manage an autoimmune condition working off of knowledge from her training, clinical experience and own personal experience healing herself. Pilates

Currently keeping my clients feeling great through the Pilates Method, a system of balanced strengthening from the inside out developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates method is a progressive way to build on core strength, adding new challenges as basics are mastered. This results in better posture, balance, ease of movement, and over-all toning and muscle development. Eldoa is a method designed by Guy Voyer, an Osteopath, that gives space in a specific joint through active isometric holds that use positions of the limbs to target a certain pair of vertebrae or joint through the fascial system. My clients also benefit from my knowledge of Myofascial Release, where we use hands on self-help techniques to improve circulation to specific areas of concern, as well as vagal toning techniques.
