As soon as you bring sensation of awareness of breath to the top of your nostrils, everything disappears. It does not matter how many times you disconnect with breath but keep coming back on the breath is our practice. My passion is helping overwhelmed women, especially moms, who are struggling to manage their stress, anxiety and burnout. As a mom of 2 special needs children, I understand your need to rediscover who you are and reconnect with your spouse. I understand your goals for better time management & organization skills. Yoga with Lynn
• A blissful 60 mins yoga session of your choice of either Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga yoga catered especially for you! Whoever you are, whatever your level is, I’ll help you find a practice that’s especially made for your body and your soul’s needs. We’re going to work on finding our balance all while gaining both strength and flexibility. • A 90 mins yoga session of your choice of either Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashranga is available upon request where a 15 minute meditation is added to the end of the practice. • Hypnotherapy sessions available to help you lose weight, quit a bad habit, or get over a past trauma. • Reiki healing sessions to help align and unblock your chakras, release unwanted energies, and renew your connection with yourself.
