Fly Fitness



I teach women how to feel confident and fit in their bodies. I also teach women how to be happy. Yes, I know it sounds strange! But happiness is a SKILL we develop, and I`m an expert at teaching it.I love movement. I grew up with a passion for dance and have spent the past 22 years crafting my skill. I spent my free time as a young woman rehearsing and competing in Ballet, Highland, Jazz, Tap, Flemenco, and Modern Dance. I also performed on Cruise Lines! It was that love and passion for movement and the body that brought me into my career as a Personal Trainer. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through CanfitPro and have completed many courses through Mount Royal University including AFLCA Group Fitness, Resistance Training, TRX, Fusion and BootyBarre.?I help women build a strong physical foundation and become experts in movement for their unique body and lifestyle. I am passionate, loving and energetic. I love what I do, which is helping women to be their best self!.
