In a Crystal Reiki session I use a variety of crystals and their energy to promote healing in various organs, muscles and chakras throughout the body and mind. The energy is used to assist past, present and future trauma to be released and healed to promote a healthy lifestyle. physical, spiritual, emotional and mental traumas are also addressed through the process and can help to achieve a well rounded healthy lifestyle.

This on-line class is for people who already have a meditation practice and who wish to connect for 1 hr/wk in a group setting to meditate and share aspects, challenges or questions about their practice. Meditation time will be 30 min, connection time will be 30 min. First class is Thursday Nov 5th 7-8pm for 4 Thursdays in November.
