We work with changing those patterns by working with the fascia as well as with thoughts, trauma and emotions. I also work with injury and scar tissue. I am also a certified somatic trauma therapist.

Some of the tools that I use are the art of Self Compassion, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindful-Awareness, Emotionally Focused Counselling, Solution Focused Counselling and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I use these both in Individual and Couple Counselling. With children I practice Synergetic Play Therapy, which is the first research-informed play therapy model to blend together neuroscience, attachment/attunement, therapist authenticity, physics, emotional congruence, nervous system regulation and mindfulness/mindsight.
