About Mindset Reset

I help clients overcome subconscious blocks and trauma that prevent them from levelling or moving forward in their goals. Usually, in 30 days or less.

We can't solve what we can't see. Many people are carrying around old habits and behaviours that prevent them from getting to the next level and continuously wasting valuable time that could be spent back into making a profitable business.

Mindset and emotional regulation are what can make or break a person. I am certified in NLP, REBT, EFT, and both Relationship and Trauma coaching to help a client for THEIR needs. Subconscious work is not a one-size-fits-all and shouldn't be treated like one.

I deliver the message you need to know in the most genuine and honest way possible. We discover things together that are hiding in your subconscious and I give you the space you need to free yourself from that trauma.

Not another tactic.
