Reiki Long Distance Reiki

Usually within my practice I travel to the homes of my clients or perform long distance sessions. However, during COVID I am solely doing Long Distance Sessions. I work with gemstones as well. I am heavily clairsentient and end up working a lot with childhood trauma and clearing out blockages formed early on. Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Foo’s naturopathic practice primarily focuses on evaluating, managing and optimizing mental and physical resiliency. She incorporates knowledge of modern, traditional and natural forms of treatment to provide individualized care. The primary natural therapies Dr. Foo uses in her practice includes botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture and lifestyle counselling. Dr. Foo believes that in order to achieve and maintain optimal health it is necessary to attain equilibrium by understanding the interactions and inseparable connections between the mind and the body. Dr. Foo’s passion is promoting patient health education, disease prevention, innovation and furthering the development of integrated health care.

Life Coach

I work with individuals who are dealing with anxiety and are looking for some creative ways and some fresh ideas for living a happier more peaceful life.  This is the type of person who has probably had some challenges in their relationships with others. They may also be having some challenges in their current relationships, either at home or at work. They want to have a more fulfilling life. They aren't stuck in being the victim, although in the past they have used the victim as a way of just relating to people.   A lot of my clients are coming from a place where their anxiety has been something of a stumbling block for them. Together we work to help strengthen the existing foundation that they have by providing a step-by-step game plan to avoid the paralysis often associated with their anxiety. My approach as a Coach is person centred and honours the individual for who they are and what they have been through. Empowerment and championing form a huge part of the Coaching relationship and it is truly life-changing for those who embark on they journey.
