Women's Self-Defense and Fitness

Defend YOURSELF! Information taught in our online sessions are very empowering when you know you have some skills that can enable you to avoid and deal with a violent situation. The Women's Self-Defense Course we offer will help give you the security and peace of mind in knowing that you can dramatically increase the chances of surviving/avoiding a violent attack. The ability to protect yourself, your friends and your family from dangerous situations is priceless. This self-defense course has been designed specifically to empower women with the skills, tactics and strategies to survive a violent situation. Here's what you will be taught in our session: -How to avoid a violent confrontation -Strategies to trick your attacker -Learn to disable your attacker by utilizing your strengths against the attacker’s weaknesses. -How to escape the most common grabs and holds -Defense against the most common strikes -How to escape safely if you're pinned on the ground -Learn to keep you and your loved one's safe The sessions can be done one-on-one or in a group and are offered online or in-person.

Reiki Master

I offer long distance and in person healing sessions to all ages. I also do Reiki treatments for animals of all kinds and even plants. I can certify others to become any level Reiki practitioner through passing what is known as attunements. Any clients and students who refer new customers for services or courses will get 15% any session or next class along with who they referred! I simplify exercising and stretching to ensure my clients get results until we hit their goal. I look at multiple different aspects of their overall health and habits (such as food and water intake) to see what would be the best plan of action. Reiki

I am an energy practitioner that uses Reiki and tuning fork sound healing to bring the body into harmony physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I work on an individual basis, and have a gift for helping others uncover their emotional blocks. In my Reiki practice, I can work both in-person, and can send healing over a distance. I am also available to offer corporate wellness with both of my practices, similarly to corporate massage. The tuning fork therapy I've studied uses weighted tuning forks that are pressed against the body along Acupuncture points, without needing to use needles. Both of these healing practices leave people feeling relaxed, with decreased pain and a deeper connection to their spirituality.
