As an RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant) I am here to support you on your journey to optimizing your health and what it means to you. I work with you and help to guide you on your healing journey. Holistic health looks at the body as a whole and is about preventing dis-ease with nutrition of the body, mind and spirit. Working with the whole person and trying to find a root cause instead of just addressing symptom is the main goal. We will explore non invasive procedures, natural remedies, and non pharmaceutical options that may benefit you. We will also explore nutrient deficiencies that may be contributing to many common ailments. I am I offer complete lifestyle and nutrient assessments, Reiki, Aromachology and Crystal Sonic Rejuvenation. The practice utilizes evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle information in order to provide clients with individualized protocols to create positive and permanent changes. Along with nutritional, nutraceutical, and lifestyle counselling, the practice also provides meal planning services, and food intolerance testing.

Craniosacral Therapy

We’ve been serving the Phoenix Area for over seven years. My practice specializes in injury rehab, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic drainage and Neuromuscular Techniques. We also perform Reiki and guided meditation. With the current pandemic, we do offer “video visits” and guided massage and lymphatic techniques fo our clients. This platform fits very well with my current service offering. We also have thousands of hours in training and client care. We believe the body has the innate ability to help itself. Every now and then, the body needs just a little bit of help :) That's where we come in. Regarding Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral therapy, we have extensive training. I (JoAnn) have studied with Chikly Institute, LMT Success Group, Klose Institute for Lymphatic and Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy. We like to help people feel better and live pain free in their bodies.
